“Baked Brie with Lingonberries and Almonds”

Appetizer Alert!!! I’m bringing you another quick and easy, last-minute creation, my Baked Brie with Lingonberries and Almonds. You may have seen my Baked Brie with Fig, Pecans, and Crispy Prosciutto posted last week. Just as simple and just as ridiculously addictive as the fore mentioned. This appetizer can be doubled to feed a larger crowd and I do suggest making a bit more.

Super Easy – Baked Brie with Lingonberries and Almonds

We have a few days left of this holiday season and parties to attend. Maybe you’re throwing a New Year’s Eve party or a New Year’s Day spread especially, since football will be airing all day. The holiday season is about good food, family and friends so you can easily transport this appetizer if need be and bake when you get to where you’re going. Brie can take on any savory sweet topping so experiment a little. I bet you have something in your pantry at this moment.

Black Pepper Lends A Spicy Kick – Baked Brie with Lingonberries and Almonds

The taste of this buttery, creamy cheese has black pepper or coat your own brie if hard to find. Spread the jam over the brie in a baking dish then sprinkle with sliced almonds. Feel free to adjust recipe to your liking if desired. Bake brie until soft and gooey and dig in. It’s crazy good and I think this brie recipe is perfect the way it is.
