Been away from my cookbook recommendations for a minute but I have a question for you? Does Fall have you thinking about vegetables? My family enjoys vegetables all year long but when the weather starts to cool down I love veggies even more. Must be the savory flavors that can be added to Fall veggies and cooking in general. So I got to thinking about vegetarian dishes that can be eaten as main dishes or as a side. If you eat and strictly cook vegetarian, this cookbook is for you. Some recipes can be prepared if you eat vegan. However, for those of us with no particular eating style, you’ll fall in love with this award-winning chef and cookbook.
