If you’re looking for a low-calorie and low carb snack dip then try my Easy White Bean Dip. We’re all trying to eat more healthy yet snack options are forgotten. Being diabetic I’m learning to eat in moderation and limit sugars in our diets. I love to cook and I love good food. So during the holidays I had to come up with several dips for family and Easy White Bean Dip was a hit in addition to being mighty tasty.
All you need to make Easy White Bean Dip is cannellini beans, garlic, Olive oil, fresh lemon juice, hot sauce, ground cumin for smokiness, Perfect Pinch seasoning, and salt to taste. Also whiz this dip in a mini-prep food processor. I’d say this recipe is the best of both worlds, or maybe several like prep time, convenience, flavor and healthy aspects. I love serving this dip with pita chips and mini sweet peppers. So next time you’re pondering what to serve for a party, lunches or a nice healthy snack for the family, whip up a bowl of Easy White Bean Dip.
