Welcome to Equipment Corner…Whether you’re filling out a bridal registry and getting married, setting up your first or new kitchen in your home, even getting rid of old and in with the new, Equipment Corner is for you. If you need information on brands, shapes, materials and price points, Equipment Corner is for you.

Each month visit for discussions on what kitchen essentials you need and basic cooking tasks. I will feature my most asked questions with answers on cookware, bakeware, knives, cutting boards, and kitchen gadgets like metal, plastic or wooden spoons, rubber spatulas, whisks, turners measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, and vegetable peelers. Small appliances will be featured including mixers, Panini grills, food processors, blenders and deep fryers.

For years, I have relied on my kitchen equipment to create fabulous, exciting meals for friends and family. Don’t be afraid to experiment and try new equipment until you feel a connection.
