“Fireball Hot Shot”

As the night’s get cooler we know fall is approaching. Not at all what we want to hear or feel. So, how about something that will take the evening chill away? A little bit of spicy cinnamon that warms your tongue and the back of your throat, a hit of cream and a fun dollop of whipped cream with a tickle of ground cinnamon. Try a Fireball Hot Shot. Made with Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, I call sweet heat. This recipe is a drink that while entertaining guests, they can make their own after dinner coffees. Great drink for after dinner at home and a quiet movie night. Works for me… Indulge in a Fireball Hot Shot. It will calm the flames. Have a great night!

Fireball Hot Shot

.25 ml Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

6 oz. strong brewed black coffee

2 T. half and half

Sugar, optional

Whipped cream, for topping

Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling

In an 8 oz. mug, preferably clear, pour in whiskey and then coffee. Pour in half and half, add sugar to coffee if desired. Top coffee with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
