Need a fast and tasty appetizer? Look no further…Try this yummy “Hot Spinach Dip.” This dip is delicious served cold, too. Seems like someone asks you to bring an appetizer to a get-together during holidays or over at friends for an impromptu dinner. Everyone will rant and rave about your dip like they did this past Thanksgiving.

Hot Spinach Dip
Hot Spinach Dip
10-ounce package chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/8 t. seasoned salt or garlic salt
3/8 t. black pepper
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
Panko breadcrumbs, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients; Grease a small, 2 cup ovenproof baking dish with butter. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs to coat. Add spinach dip to baking dish. Sprinkle top with additional breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve dip warm from the oven with your favorite crackers or pita chips. Delicious served on Melba toast, pita chips or toasted French baguette slices.
Note: This Spinach Dip can be served cold and add sliced scallions for additional flavor. Mix together without breadcrumbs, serve and let the eatin’ begin. Enjoy!!!
