Here for the making since 1919,
the KitchenAid Stand Mixer
“In 1919 our iconic KitchenAid Stand Mixer was born. And from that stemmed an entire kitchen of high-performance appliances-all created with the same attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, versatile technology and timeless design. As the only appliance brand that only makes things for the kitchen, we continue to keep pushing the limits with our products so you can keep doing the same with everything you create. So, here’s to you, your kitchen and the delicious world that surrounds us all.” http://www.kitchenaid.com/about-kitchenaid/
The KitchenAid Stand Mixer is a work horse. I know of nothing this mixer can’t do. From making a batch of cookies to kneading bread dough to whipping egg whites. The KitchenAid Stand Mixer can do it all. If you’ve read about me then you know I started cooking when I was a kid. Well, I grew up using a KitchenAid. I learned quickly a hand mixer just doesn’t work mixing a cookie recipe that makes six dozen cookies.
My parents were married in 1959 and received a stand mixer as a wedding gift. Imagine that? It’s 2016 and would you believe that same mixer still works. My Dad uses the mixer now. I can’t imagine not having a KitchenAid Stand Mixer in my busy kitchen especially since I cook all the time. During the holidays I bake constantly from Thanksgiving through Christmas for all occasions. I have two of my own, a five quart given to me by my parents for my birthday years ago and a six 6 quart I purchased this past Christmas. Now I can really double my batches of cookies easily. I love my mixer.
The KitchenAid Stand Mixer comes with four standard attachments, the flat beater, dough hook, wire whip, and the burnished spiral attachment. The KitchenAid Stand Mixer also has other attachments available like a food processor, meat grinder, pasta maker and roller, ice cream maker, grain mill, and the new Spiralizer attachment for making fruit spirals or spiral vegetable noodles. The Stand Mixer has several bowl options, too. See what I mean…Check out all attachments available here at kitchenaid.com.
If you love to cook and you don’t have a stand mixer in your kitchen, visit a store in your area that sells the KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I know you won’t leave the store without one.
Until next month…
Happy Cooking!!!
