The marinade for these grilled pork chops has oil yet no water. Be sure to rub the marinade into the chops before placing in the refrigerator. Let them chill for at least one hour but 4 is better. The flavor when removed from the grill is full-on lime flavor with a hint of cumin. Add salt before cooking or after removing from grill. Start with 1/4 teaspoon at a time if you’ve never used as not to overpower your food. Get use to what this product does before it is serious citrus.

Lime Garlic and Cilantro Pork Chops
6 bone-in pork rib chops, 1/2-inch thick
4 T. True Lime Garlic Cilantro Powder
1 T. ground cumin
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 t. ground black pepper
Kosher salt to taste
In a small bowl, combine lime powder, cumin, olive oil, and black pepper.
Place pork chops in a gallon-size Ziploc bag and pour lime marinade over chops. Close bag removing as much air as possible. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Remove chops from refrigerator and sit at room temperature 20 minutes before grilling.
Meanwhile, heat grill according to manufacturers instructions. Heat to 400 degrees.
Place chops on grill and cook about 4 minutes on each side and inserted instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
