I love making different variations of recipes. If you loved the Coconut Blondies recipe I’ve posted, get your mixing bowl ready. Try Macadamia Nut Blondies. These bars have the same base as my Coconut Blondies. I have omitted the coconut and added Macadamia Nuts. Macadamia Nut Blondies have the same buttery taste but a nut crunch. Macadamia Nut Blondies are luscious and a quick go-to dessert. Have your junior bakers help you whip up a batch tonight. Don’t get me wrong …adults love these bars, too. Let me know what variations you come up with. Enjoy!

2 cups packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/2 t. almond extract
1/4 t. salt
