Orange Chocolate Butter Cookies
This cookie was a creation from last holiday season. But I find friends and family love them and have asked for them quite often. While it is the holiday season, according to everyone who has tried Orange Chocolate Butter Cookies, deliciousness should prevail throughout the year. I totally agree but since it is the holiday season, these cookies are not to be left out.
Orange Chocolate Butter Cookies
Hints of orange brightness and a light buttery texture combined with a lightly sweetened cookie dough. Confectioners’ sugar is used to sweeten this cookie recipe instead of granulated sugar. The confectioners’ sugar also helps to create a light and airy texture and not a sugary crunch. Truly a melt-in-your-mouth treat worthy of munching with a cup of coffee or tea.

No chilling dough is needed which makes these cookies a breeze to bake up in a hurry. Sounds amazing since this time of year everything we do seems to be short notice and we’re all running short on time. Am I right? I feel you, believe me. Seems like, I’m a little short on time this year myself. It’s a struggle we all have so understand you are not alone. But that doesn’t mean fantastic baked goods can not come from your oven. Life happens but keep on trucking as they say. I find baking is a huge stress reliever so hop to it. I’ll bet it works for you, too.
