“Raspberry Spring Fling”

Ready for Spring? I think we’re all ready to put winter behind us. So how about a toast to Spring with a Raspberry Spring Fling? Perfect to serve for brunch to get everyone’s day started off right and enjoy the celebration. This cocktail drinks real easy and will have your guests asking for another and another.

Made with Chambord raspberry liqueur, sweet and sour mix, your favorite raspberry vodka, and topped off with lemon-lime soda. A refreshing bright and tasty cocktail with that burst of raspberry, a bit of citrus, and a fizz that will tickle your nose. Chambord tends to be a forgotten about liqueur most often used in after dinner drinks rather than cocktails. This cocktail is a bit sweet but not over the top. Since you may be serving numerous guests over brunch, you can make these cocktails in a pitcher therefore adding lemon-lime soda as needed. Have plenty of ice cubes handy because you wouldn’t want to run out.

Raspberry Spring Fling

Easter is around the corner and having a variety of beverages are perfect for such an occasion. No need to use a special glass for serving this cocktail as a result use your own drinking glasses or a good grade of plastic tumblers. Most of us would rather not have a ton of dishes to deal with after a big gathering.

So start your holiday weekend in fashion. Cheers to life and our many blessings from my family to yours.
