Guacamole Salsa by Herdez is a store-bought brand, rich and creamy made with avocados, jalapeno, and cilantro. This salsa has a tangy flavor with medium heat as a result, not too spicy but just the right amount of heat to make it kid-friendly. Tastes great on homemade tacos, too. Yes, all salsas can be made at home but if you find one at your local market, pick some up for yourself.

To prepare Southwest Hash Browns with Eggs and Guacamole Salsa is super easy to prepare. Start by cooking hash browns according to package directions. Place cooked hash browns on a plate and keep warm. Cook your eggs the way you like. Now divide hash browns on serving plates and top with eggs, Drizzle salsa over top and enjoy the crunchy, spicy flavor of the hash browns, creamy eggs and guacamole salsa. Southwest Hash Browns with Eggs and Guacamole Salsa
1 – 20 oz. package Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Hash Browns
3 T. Canola oil
4 to 8 large or extra-large eggs
1 ½ T. butter
1 bottle Herdez Brand Medium Guacamole Salsa (store remaining in refrigerator)
In a large non-stick skillet heat Canola oil over medium-high heat. Cook hash browns according to package directions. Remove hash browns to platter and keep warm while frying eggs.
Using same skillet, add in butter. Once butter is melted and bubbly, break desired number of eggs. Fry eggs as desired.
Divide hash browns onto serving plates and top with eggs. Drizzle on Guacamole Salsa. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve hot with desired side such as bacon, sausage and toast or fruit.
