Everyone’s in the Halloween spirit with ghosts, goblins and ghouls. Make these easy, kid friendly Halloween treats for coworkers. These Mummy Marshmallow Krispy Treats were a hit at my husband’s job, too. Great weekend or weeknight fun for the whole family and your little pumpkins. I’m all about quick and easy. Plus who doesn’t love rice krispy treats. Perfect wrapped in individual treat bags for parties and after school.

Form the rice mixture into oblong long shapes. Insert a lollipop stick through the middle. Drizzle white chocolate coating around treat. Add eyeballs, letting coating harden. Lightly spray with Wilton black color mist to give the krispy treats a dirty look. Mummy Marshmallow Krispy Treats are created. Too cute, right?

Mummy Marshmallow Krispy Treats

1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)

1 – 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows

5 cups rice krispy cereal

White chocolate coating

Candy eyeballs

Wilton Black Color Mist

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in marshmallows, stirring until well combined. Remove from pot from heat. Add in rice krispies.

Lay a sheet of waxed paper on counter or jelly roll pan. Coat your hands with non-stick cooking spray or butter. Form oblong shapes with rice mixture. Insert lollipop stick through middle. When cool, melt coating in a small microwave safe bowl. Drizzle coating around shapes adding eyeballs. Let coating harden. Spray each mummy with black color mist creating a dirty effect. Let completely dry and store in airtight container.
