Fresh and inviting

Let’s make Antipasti Skewers and watch them disappear before your eyes. You may decide to keep these skewers on hand for snacking. Great for summer.

Start by threading an olive, mozzarella pearl, salami, a tomato, mozzarella pearl, and another olive.  One skewer complete and set aside. Repeat threading remaining skewers.

Drizzle serving platter with fig balsamic and lay skewers in a bit of vinegar. When ready to serve, drizzle skewers with more vinegar and serve. You can use a grocery brand of fig balsamic vinegar.

You can easily customizable the skewers to your liking but of course, I think they’re perfect made as is.

A delight to have on hand for snacking anytime

Not sure, why we don’t make these easy skewer appetizers more often. Every time you do grocery shopping, I’m sure you buy these items and never think about skewers. I do and find myself in the same boat.

A good appetizer doesn’t mean you need to take all day. Not turning on your stove is a plus and very welcome. Salami with saltiness, briny olives, creamy mozzarella, sweet tomatoes and the wonderful drizzle of fig balsamic will have you snacking very well this summer.

I definitely believe you should make plenty depending on how many mouths to feed. You don’t want to run out.
